Information you submit (booking/contact forms):
Full name, phone, email
Organization/Fiancé (optional)
Address, city, postal code (and venue/location if provided)
Event date, type of event, start and end times (including AM/PM and time fields)
Approximate attendee count
“How did you hear about us?”
Additional notes (e.g., music preferences, announcements)
Information collected automatically (site use):

IP address, device/browser info, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps
Ad/analytics identifiers from platforms you’ve consented to use (e.g., Google/Meta)
Optional files/media: If you upload a document or send music lists, we store those to deliver your event.
Provide quotes, confirm availability, and communicate about your event
Prepare run-of-show details (ceremony/cocktail/reception timing, song lists)
Send confirmations, invoices, and service updates
Improve site performance and measure marketing (analytics and pixels)
Meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements
Contract: to provide a quote/perform services you requested
Legitimate interests: site security, service improvement, basic analytics
Consent: marketing emails, retargeting pixels (where required)
You can withdraw consent at any time
Functional cookies keep the site working (e.g., remembering form choices).
Analytics help us understand visits and page performance.
Ad pixels (e.g., Google/Meta) may record a successful form submission (e.g., on the Thank You page) so we can measure campaigns.

We do not sell personal information. We share only with:
Providers that help us run the business (hosting, email, CRM, billing, analytics, ad platforms that place pixels)
Professionals (accounting/insurance) if required
Authorities if legally required or to protect rights/safety
Each provider is bound by contract or terms to safeguard your data.
Inquiries/booking details: 24 months after last activity (or longer if you become a client, typically 5 years for contracts/invoices).
Site logs: 12 months.
We may keep limited records if required by law or to resolve disputes.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (encrypted transport via HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege access). No method is 100% secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Our services are not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
